At RSCC, we value the time, commitment, and trust involved in the therapeutic process. This policy helps maintain consistency, fairness, and availability for all clients.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Clients are responsible for understanding their fees, insurance benefits (if applicable), and payment obligations.

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. 
• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $100, which is not be covered by insurance. 
• Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) are subject to the full session fee. 
• Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or unexpected circumstances on a case-by-case basis. 

• Payments for completed therapy sessions are non-refundable. 
• Fees paid for missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds. 
• Prepaid sessions or packages (if offered) may be refunded only for unused services, less any completed sessions, applicable fees, or administrative costs. 
• Insurance payments, reimbursements, and client responsibility amounts are subject to the policies of the insurance provider. 

For workshops, support groups, classes, or other offerings provided by RSCC:

• Refund requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the start date. 
• Once a program or group begins, fees are generally non-refundable. 
• If a program is canceled by RSCC, participants will be notified and offered a refund or alternative option. 

We recognize that life circumstances can change. If you have concerns about payment, scheduling, or this policy, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.
